What Is an AI Creator on Fansit

An AI Creator is a Fansit account where the creator persona, the content, or both are generated, modified, or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI Creators are first-class on Fansit — same earning potential, same payout rates, same creator tools as human creators.

Three things make an account an AI Creator

If any of these apply to your account, you must designate it as AI:

  1. The persona itself is fictional and AI-generated — a fictional character whose images and voice are generated rather than belonging to a real person.
  2. Posted content is AI-generated or AI-assisted — images, video, audio, text generated or modified by AI tools.
  3. Live streams use real-time AI transformations — face filters, voice clones, real-time image generation.

You can be a partial AI Creator — for example, an AI Creator whose images are AI-generated but whose voice is your own. The designation still applies because AI is involved.

What AI Creator does NOT mean

  • It doesn't mean you're not a real person. The KYC behind the account is always a real, verified person.
  • It doesn't mean lower quality or limited features.
  • It doesn't mean lower earnings. Cash-out rates are identical.
  • It doesn't mean the account has fewer obligations. The same content rules and KYC standards apply.

What it does mean

  • Mandatory disclosure on your profile, every post, every piece of content.
  • Stricter likeness rules — you can only depict yourself, a unique fictional persona, or a real person with documented consent.
  • Same KYC and §2257 obligations as human creators.
  • Same earning structure with no rate adjustments.

Why the designation exists

Two reasons:

  1. Fan trust. Fans should always know whether they're paying for human content or AI content. The label keeps it transparent.
  2. Legal clarity. Right-of-publicity, defamation, and IP claims around AI content are a moving legal target. Clear designation and disclosure protect both creators and the platform.

Who runs AI Creator accounts

The verified person behind an AI Creator account can be:

  • The character's "creator" — someone who generated the persona and produces content.
  • A real person who is also the inspiration — using AI to extend their own brand (e.g., generate variations of themselves at scale).
  • An agency — managing AI Creator accounts on behalf of multiple AI personas.

Whoever the operator is, they go through the standard KYC flow, accept the Creator Terms, and are responsible for content compliance.

Earnings expectations

Top AI Creators on Fansit earn the same range as top human creators. The market — fans subscribing, tipping, and unlocking — decides who succeeds. AI is a content production technique, not a separate economy.

A few patterns specific to AI Creators:

  • Posting cadence can be higher — easier to produce content at volume.
  • Content variety is broader — AI persona can appear in many "settings" without travel/shoots.
  • Audience overlap with anime/digital-art communities — different acquisition channels than human creators.
  • Subscription pricing tends to be lower at the entry tier (300–600 FB) but can match human creators at premium tiers.

What's banned for AI Creators

The same things banned for human creators (CSAM, non-consensual content, trafficking, bestiality, real violence) are also banned for AI Creators. There is no exception for synthetic content. AI-generated CSAM, AI deepfake non-consensual content, and AI depictions of real people without consent are all grounds for immediate, permanent termination.

See AI Content Rules for the full rules and AI Likeness and Consent for the depiction rules.
