AI Content Rules
AI Creators follow the same content rules as human creators — plus a stricter set of likeness rules. Here's the full picture.
All standard content rules apply
Everything banned for human creators is banned for AI:
- CSAM — including AI-generated content that depicts or mimics minors.
- Non-consensual content — including AI deepfakes of real people without consent.
- Sex trafficking / human trafficking — including AI content that depicts or facilitates either.
- Bestiality — including AI animations of it.
- Real, non-consensual violence — including AI depictions thereof.
There is no AI carve-out for any of these. Generating CSAM with an AI model is the same offense as photographing it. The same applies to AI deepfakes of non-consenting individuals.
For the full zero-tolerance list, see Content That Will Get You Banned.
What's allowed for AI Creators
Same as human creators:
- Non-adult creative content — generated art, music, fiction.
- Adult content — with proper consent and per the AI likeness rules below.
- Live streams — with AI label maintained throughout.
- Custom content — generated to fan specs, subject to the depiction rules.
AI-specific likeness rules
This is what's different from human creators. AI content can only depict:
- The verified KYC operator of the account (the real person behind the AI persona). You can use AI to generate variations of yourself.
- A unique, fictional AI persona that is not based on any real, identifiable person.
- A real person who has provided documented, revocable consent for the specific depiction.
Anyone outside those three categories is off-limits. This includes:
- Public figures and celebrities — banned, even with "fair use" or "parody" claims.
- Private individuals — banned without documented consent.
- People you knew personally without explicit, written consent.
- Composite faces that are clearly modeled on a real person even if "tweaked."
The threshold is "identifiability." If a reasonable person could recognize the depicted individual as a specific real human, the rule applies.
For deeper detail on consent documentation, see AI Likeness and Consent.
Voice cloning
Same rules apply to AI-generated voices:
- Clone your own voice — fine.
- Clone a unique fictional voice — fine.
- Clone a real person who has consented in writing — fine.
- Clone anyone else — banned.
Voice content must also be labeled with the AI tag, just like visual content.
Depicting yourself
You can use AI to depict yourself in ways that wouldn't be physically possible:
- Different settings, outfits, scenarios.
- Different ages (within reason — never younger than 18).
- Different physical attributes.
This requires the KYC operator of the account to be the depicted person. We may, in rare cases, ask for additional verification that the AI generations are based on you.
What about generic AI characters?
A generic AI character (e.g., "Aria, a fictional 22-year-old French model") is fine if:
- The character does not depict any real, identifiable person.
- All other rules apply (no CSAM elements, no non-consent themes, etc.).
- The persona is consistently labeled as AI.
You can build a persona with consistent features (same face, same voice) as long as it isn't based on a real person.
Composite content
Combining AI-generated elements with real photos or videos:
- Real photo of you + AI background: fine. Label as AI-assisted.
- Real photo of you + AI-generated face filter: fine. Label.
- Real photo of someone else (with consent) + AI modifications: fine if consent covers the modifications.
- Real photo of you + AI-generated other people: fine for AI people who are unique fictional personas; banned for AI depictions of real people without consent.
What gets reviewed
Every post on an AI Creator account is reviewed against the AI rules:
- Automated synthetic-content detection.
- Human moderator review for borderline likeness cases.
- For potentially identity-bearing content, three independent moderators must review (the "Reasonable Person Test") before content is restored on appeal.
When you're not sure
Email legal@fansit.com with a description of what you want to post (don't attach the file). We'll give you a yes/no within 1 business day.
Penalties
Violations of AI-specific rules trigger the same warning system as other content violations:
- First violation → warning.
- Second violation → Caution tier.
- Third → Restriction.
- Systematic or zero-tolerance → Termination.
See Account Tiers.
