Payout Schedule — Manual, Weekly, or Monthly

You can pick how often Fansit sends your available balance to your bank account. Three options.

Manual

You initiate each payout yourself.

  • When: any time your available balance is at or above $50.
  • How: Settings → Payouts → tap Withdraw available balance.
  • Why: maximum control. Useful if you want to time payouts around tax estimates, business cash flow, or you only want to take cash out occasionally.

Weekly

We automatically pay out your available balance every Friday, provided it meets the $50 minimum.

  • When: Friday. Funds arrive in your bank Tuesday-Wednesday of the following week (1–3 business days for ACH).
  • Why: smooth weekly cash flow. Most active creators pick this.

Monthly

We automatically pay out your available balance on the 1st of every month, provided it meets the $50 minimum.

  • When: 1st of the month. Funds arrive 1–3 business days later.
  • Why: simplifies bookkeeping. One transaction per month per category.

Choosing

A few patterns:

  • Just starting out: Manual. You'll want to see exactly how earnings build before automating.
  • Steady earner doing $1K+/month: Weekly. The extra cash flow visibility is worth it.
  • High earner with regular shoots: Monthly. Simplifies tax tracking and matches typical business cycles.
  • Use FanBucks for marketing or tipping other creators: Manual. Keeps cash in your wallet for in-platform purposes.

Switching

You can change your payout schedule any time:

  1. Settings → Payouts → Schedule.
  2. Pick the new option.
  3. Save.

The change takes effect for the next payout cycle. If you switch from Manual to Weekly on a Friday, the first auto-payout is the following Friday.

Below the threshold

If your available balance is below $50 when a scheduled payout would fire, the payout is skipped. The balance rolls forward to the next cycle.

For very small earners, this means there might not be a payout for several weeks until the balance crosses the threshold.

Holidays and delays

ACH bank transfers don't process on weekends or U.S. federal holidays:

  • Friday weekly payout sometimes arrives Wednesday instead of Tuesday if there's a Monday holiday.
  • Monthly payout on the 1st that falls on a weekend processes on the next business day.

You'll see the actual processing date in your transaction history.

What you'll see in your bank

ACH deposits from Fansit appear as PERSONA PAYMENTS or PERSONA PAYMENTS LLC on your bank statement. Same descriptor as fan-side charges, just incoming instead of outgoing.

What you'll see in your wallet

Each payout creates a transaction in your wallet:

  • Date.
  • Amount in USD.
  • FanBucks deducted from available balance.
  • Status: processing → sent → settled.

You can download a CSV of all payout history from Settings → Payouts → Export.
