FanBucks Cash-Out Rate Explained

The FanBucks cash-out rate is what determines how many U.S. dollars you receive when you withdraw. It's a flat rate that applies to every FanBuck in your wallet, no matter how it was earned.

The rate

$0.003 USD per FanBuck.

That means:

  • 100 FB = $0.30
  • 1,000 FB = $3.00
  • 10,000 FB = $30.00
  • 100,000 FB = $300.00
  • 1,000,000 FB = $3,000.00

How it applies

The rate applies to:

  • All earnings, regardless of source — subscriptions, tips, PPV, streams.
  • Bonus FanBucks earned by fans buying larger packages — same rate.
  • Promo-discounted FanBucks that fans got at a sale — same rate.

There is no premium rate for any tier of earnings. Top creators and brand-new creators cash out at the exact same rate.

How it relates to fan pricing

Fans buy FanBucks at varying rates depending on the package:

  • 500 FB / $4.99 = $0.0099 per FanBuck (base rate).
  • 1,100 FB / $9.99 (10% bonus) = $0.0091 per FanBuck.
  • 6,000 FB / $49.99 (20% bonus) = $0.0083 per FanBuck.
  • 32,500 FB / $249.99 (30% bonus) = $0.0077 per FanBuck.

The Fansit margin is the spread between what fans pay and what creators receive. It's bigger on smaller packages, smaller on larger packages.

Pricing changes

Both fan-side pricing and the creator cash-out rate can change. Material changes to the cash-out rate are communicated through the Platform or by email at least 7 days before they take effect, where reasonably practicable.

We've never decreased the cash-out rate, and our intent is to keep it stable or improve it as the platform scales. But there's no contractual lock — pricing changes are explicitly permitted under the Payout Policy.

Why this rate

The cash-out rate is calibrated to:

  • Cover payment processor fees (typically 3–4% of fan transaction value).
  • Cover chargeback risk (industry average is ~1.5–2% for adult).
  • Cover infrastructure, KYC, moderation, support, and product development.
  • Leave a sustainable platform margin.

Other adult-creator platforms charge 20% on top of all of these costs by taking a percentage of every transaction. We bake everything into the rate spread, which means:

  • You always cash out at exactly $0.003 per FB.
  • We never surprise you with new fees.
  • We can run fan-side promos without affecting your earnings.

Cash-out math examples

Example 1: Subscription

A fan subscribes at 600 FB/month. Your wallet gets 600 FB. You cash out → $1.80.

Example 2: Big PPV

You sell a 5,000 FB PPV unlock to 12 fans this month. Total: 60,000 FB. You cash out → $180.

Example 3: Strong stream

A 90-minute private stream pulls 3,000 FB ticket × 50 attendees = 150,000 FB. Plus 80,000 FB in tips during the stream. Plus 30,000 FB in stream-recording PPV after. Total: 260,000 FB. You cash out → $780.

Example 4: Top earner month

5,000,000 FB in a month (achievable for top creators). Cash out → $15,000.

Cash-out math reverse

If you have a target dollar amount, divide by 0.003 to get the FanBucks needed:

  • $50 minimum payout = ~16,667 FB.
  • $1,000 month = ~333,333 FB.
  • $5,000 month = ~1,666,667 FB.
  • $10,000 month = ~3,333,333 FB.

Want to optimize?

The cash-out rate is fixed — what you can optimize is how many FanBucks you earn per fan and per month. See Your Path to a $5K–$10K Month for the playbook.
