Content That Will Get You Banned
Five content categories result in immediate, permanent termination of your Fansit account. We also report violations to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
There is no warning system for these. There is no appeal that brings the account back. The first violation is the only one.
1. CSAM (child sexual abuse material)
Any content that depicts, suggests, or simulates the sexual exploitation of a minor. This includes:
- Photos or video of minors in sexualized contexts.
- Age-play roleplay (adults pretending to be minors).
- AI-generated content that mimics minors.
- Cartoons, drawings, or animations depicting minors sexually.
- Any content where the apparent age is ambiguous and could plausibly be under 18.
We use automated CSAM detection plus human moderator review on every upload. Confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC and forwarded to law enforcement.
2. Non-consensual intimate imagery
Recording, sharing, or threatening to share intimate content of any individual without their documented consent. This includes:
- "Revenge porn" — sharing private content of an ex without permission.
- Hidden-camera content of unaware participants.
- Stolen content scraped from another person's account.
- Content originally filmed with consent but shared after consent was revoked.
If you do not have written consent from every person depicted, do not post.
3. Sex trafficking and human trafficking
Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts trafficking. This includes:
- Content depicting an apparent victim of trafficking or coercion.
- Solicitation of trafficked persons.
- Promotion of services or platforms known to facilitate trafficking.
Suspected trafficking is reported to law enforcement immediately.
4. Bestiality
Sexual content involving animals. No exceptions.
5. Real, non-consensual violence
Content depicting actual violence, torture, or harm against an unwilling participant. This includes:
- Real assault.
- Real torture.
- Snuff content (real death).
Simulated violence in clearly fictional/cinematic contexts is not in this category but may still be prohibited under other rules.
What happens if you violate
- Account terminated immediately. No appeal.
- All pending earnings forfeited. Up to the entire balance held in escrow.
- Banned from creating future Fansit accounts — we use device fingerprints and identity verification records to enforce this.
- Reported to NCMEC for CSAM violations.
- Reported to law enforcement for trafficking, real violence, and other crimes.
- Civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
What happens to the content
- Content is removed from the platform immediately.
- We retain copies for §2257 compliance, evidence preservation, and law enforcement cooperation.
- Fans who paid for the content are refunded as FanBucks credit.
If you find this content on another account
Report it immediately:
- Tap the More icon → Report on the post or profile.
- Or email abuse@fansit.com.
- For CSAM specifically, you can also report directly to CyberTipline.org (NCMEC).
Reports are confidential. We never tell the reported account who reported them.
AI carve-out — none
The same rules apply to AI-generated content. There is no exception for synthetic CSAM, synthetic non-consensual content, or synthetic depictions of real people without consent. AI is not a defense.
Borderline content
If you're unsure whether something violates these rules, don't post. Email legal@fansit.com with a description (don't attach the file). We'll give you a yes/no within 1 business day.
