Buying FanBucks

FanBucks are bought in fixed packages. Here's the flow.

Step by step

1. Tap the Wallet icon (or open Settings → Wallet).
2. Tap Add Funds.
3. Pick the package you want.
4. Confirm your saved payment method (or add a new card).
5. Tap Purchase for $X.

The FanBucks land in your wallet immediately. The charge appears on your card statement as PERSONA PAYMENTS.

Pick the right package

The bigger the package, the more bonus FanBucks you get for the same dollar. If you're going to spend it anyway, you save money buying in bulk:

The 32,500 FB package is roughly 22% cheaper per FanBuck than the smallest package. If you're already a regular spender, the math is straightforward.

Adding a card

Cards are added during checkout, or any time from Settings → Payment Methods.

We accept Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit). Cards are tokenized by our payment processor — Fansit servers never see or store your card number.

Why your purchase might fail

The most common failures:

• Insufficient funds — try a smaller package.
• Bank flagged the transaction as international or unusual — call your bank or use a different card.
• 3D Secure / verification step blocked — complete the verification step from your bank.
• Card expired — update the card.
