Reporting Abuse on Fansit
If you see something that violates Fansit's rules, report it. Reports are confidential, free, and reviewed quickly.
How to report
From a post or profile:
- Tap the More icon (three dots).
- Tap Report.
- Pick the reason that fits best.
- Add a brief description (optional but helpful).
- Tap Submit.
By email:
- abuse@fansit.com — for content or behavior violations.
- dmca@fansit.com — for copyright infringement (use the DMCA Policy flow).
- legal@fansit.com — for legal demands and law enforcement requests.
What to report
These all warrant a report:
- CSAM or apparent-minor content — zero tolerance, immediate report and we forward to NCMEC.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — content of someone shared without their consent.
- Trafficking or exploitation — content suggesting a person is being coerced.
- Doxxing or harassment — sharing private information, threats, stalking.
- Impersonation — an account pretending to be someone else.
- Undisclosed AI content — an AI Creator not labeling their content properly.
- Off-platform solicitation — a creator pressuring you to pay outside Fansit.
- Underage account access — anyone you suspect is under 18.
What happens after you report
- Your report enters our moderation queue.
- Zero-tolerance reports (CSAM, trafficking) are reviewed immediately, often within minutes.
- Other reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
- We may take action: content removal, account warning, restriction, or permanent ban.
- We don't usually tell you what action was taken for privacy and safety reasons. Sometimes the action is invisible from your end.
- You can follow up by replying to the confirmation email if the situation continues.
Anonymity
Reports are confidential. The reported creator/account does not see who reported them.
What not to use the report flow for
- Personal disputes that aren't violations ("I don't like this creator's content"). Use the Block feature instead.
- Refund requests. Use the dispute flow in your wallet.
- Tech support questions. Email support@fansit.com.
Emergencies
If you believe someone is in immediate danger or is a victim of an ongoing crime, contact local emergency services first (911 in the U.S.). Then report to Fansit so we can take down content and preserve evidence.
Tipline for child safety
For suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), you can also report directly to NCMEC at CyberTipline.org. Fansit reports every confirmed instance to NCMEC and cooperates fully with law enforcement.
