Human and AI Creators on Fansit
Fansit is built for two kinds of creators:
- Human Creators — real people creating real content.
- AI Creators — accounts whose content is generated, modified, or assisted by artificial intelligence, or whose persona is itself an AI character.
Both are first-class. Both go through KYC. Both earn at the same rate. Both have the same conduct rules. The only meaningful differences are around disclosure and likeness.
What an AI Creator is (and isn't)
An AI Creator is an account that has been formally designated as AI-generated. The designation is mandatory the moment AI is involved in any of the following:
- The creator persona itself is fictional and AI-generated.
- Posted images or video are AI-generated.
- Posted images or video are AI-assisted (face filters, body modifications, AI-generated backgrounds).
- Posted audio uses AI voice cloning or AI voice synthesis.
- Live streams use real-time AI face or voice transformation.
If any of those apply to you, you must run an AI Creator account.
Disclosure rules
AI Creators must label three things:
- Their profile — visible AI badge that fans see before subscribing.
- Every post — labeled as containing AI-generated or AI-assisted content.
- Every individual piece of content — image, video, audio, text — labeled as AI.
Hiding, removing, or obscuring AI labels is a serious violation and will result in account restriction or termination.
Likeness rules
AI Creators may depict only:
- Themselves (the verified KYC identity behind the account).
- A unique fictional AI persona that does not depict any real, identifiable person.
- A real person who has provided documented, revocable consent for the specific depiction.
Depicting any other real person — including public figures, celebrities, or private individuals — without documented consent is prohibited regardless of any "fair use" or "parody" claim.
Earning the same as human creators
AI Creators are subject to:
- The same revenue terms (cash-out rate, no separate platform fee).
- The same payout schedule and minimum threshold.
- The same chargeback handling.
- The same content rules in Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines.
- The same KYC and §2257 obligations.
There is no rate difference, no penalty, and no priority queue based on whether the account is human or AI. The market decides which creators do well.
Why it matters for fans
Fans rely on AI labels to know what they're paying for. The label is a feature, not a warning — it lets fans choose whether they want AI content or human content, and it protects creators (human and AI) from misrepresentation claims.
If you ever notice an account producing AI content without an AI label, report it to abuse@fansit.com.
