How Fansit Shows Up on Your Bank Statement
When you buy FanBucks, the charge appears on your card statement as PERSONA PAYMENTS.
It does not appear as:
- "Fansit"
- "Fansit.com"
- The name of any specific creator
- Anything adult-related
Why "PERSONA PAYMENTS"
Persona Payments LLC is the legal entity that operates Fansit. We use a discreet billing descriptor so your statement doesn't draw attention. This is standard practice for adult-platform billing.
The descriptor may be followed by a transaction-specific suffix (a confirmation code or location), but the recognizable name is always PERSONA PAYMENTS.
What if I see a charge I don't recognize?
Before assuming it's fraud, check three things:
- Did you buy FanBucks recently? Even a small package shows up as a separate line.
- Is auto-recharge on? Auto-recharge can trigger silently when your balance drops.
- Does someone else have access to your card? A partner, family member, or saved-card-on-shared-device situation.
You can verify any Fansit charge by opening Settings → Wallet → Transaction History. Every FanBuck purchase is listed with the date, amount, and payment method.
If you still don't recognize the charge
Email support@fansit.com with:
- The date and amount of the charge.
- Last 4 digits of the card.
- Your Fansit username (if you have one).
We'll trace the transaction. If it's fraudulent, we'll refund it as a chargeable refund (not a FanBucks credit) and help you with next steps.
Don't dispute first, ask first
If you file a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we lose the chargeback fee even if the dispute was a misunderstanding. Worse, repeat chargebacks for legitimate transactions can get your Fansit account permanently banned. Always email support@fansit.com first — we'll resolve it faster than your bank can.
