How AI Creator Labels Work
AI Creators on Fansit are required to clearly label their accounts and content. The labels exist so you always know whether what you're looking at is human-made, AI-made, or AI-assisted.
Where you'll see the AI label
Three places, every time:
- On the creator's profile — a visible AI badge near their display name.
- On every post — a small AI tag below the post header.
- On every individual piece of content — image, video, audio, or text.
If a creator's account is designated as AI but a specific post or piece of content doesn't have a label, that's a violation — please report it.
What "AI Creator" means
An AI Creator is an account where:
- The creator persona itself is fictional and AI-generated, OR
- Posted images, video, or audio are AI-generated or AI-assisted, OR
- Live streams use real-time AI face or voice transformation.
If any of those apply, the account must be designated as an AI Creator and labeled accordingly. The label rules apply to streams the same way — AI Creators going live must keep the AI label visible throughout the stream.
Why labels matter
- Trust. You know what you're paying for.
- Consent. AI Creators can only depict (a) themselves with verified identity, (b) a unique fictional persona, or (c) a real person who has signed off in writing. The label confirms the account is operating under those rules.
- No surprises. Labels prevent the "I thought this was a real person" surprise that can erode trust in everyone.
What an AI label doesn't mean
- Doesn't mean lower quality. AI Creators on Fansit are first-class. Many earn at the same rates as human creators.
- Doesn't mean less safe. AI Creators go through the same KYC and content moderation as human creators.
- Doesn't mean unrelated to a real person. If the AI persona is based on a real person who consented, the label still applies — it tells you AI is involved in the content production, not that the entity behind the account isn't real.

Earning the same as humans
AI Creators earn at the same FanBucks cash-out rate as human creators. They follow the same payout schedule, the same chargeback rules, and the same content rules. The market — fans subscribing, tipping, and unlocking — decides who succeeds.
