Setting Up Auto-Recharge
Auto-recharge keeps your FanBucks balance topped up automatically. The moment your balance drops below the threshold you set, we charge your default card for the next package.
It's the easiest way to avoid running out of FanBucks during a live stream or in the middle of unlocking content.
How to enable it
- Open the Wallet.
- Find the Auto-Recharge section.
- Toggle it on.
- Set:
- Minimum balance — when your balance drops below this, we recharge.
- Recharge amount — which FanBucks package to buy when triggered.
Save. That's it. The next time your balance dips below your minimum, the recharge triggers automatically.
How to turn it off
Same place — toggle Auto-Recharge off. Disabling does not refund any FanBucks already added to your wallet.
What you'll see on your statement
Each auto-recharge appears as a separate PERSONA PAYMENTS line on your card statement, just like a manual purchase.
Limits and safety
- We never recharge more than once per minute, even if you spend through the threshold quickly.
- We won't keep auto-recharging on a card that fails — after one failure, auto-recharge pauses and you'll get a notification.
- If you change your default payment method, auto-recharge moves to the new card automatically.
Common questions
Can I cap the daily total? Not yet — we're working on a daily-cap setting. Until then, the recharge amount and minimum balance you set effectively determine the maximum daily spend.
Will I be notified before each recharge? You'll get a push notification (if enabled) and an email receipt for every auto-recharge.
Does auto-recharge work with international cards? Yes, as long as the card is approved for the original transaction.
